Welcome to Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University School of Foreign Languages!

The School of Foreign Languages provides English Preparatory, Compulsory Foreign Language, and Vocational Foreign Language courses to the students at our university's faculties and schools, and it is an academic unit that does not grant degrees.

The English Preparatory program is mandatory for departments with instruction language either 30% or 100% English. The program spans one academic year, with 20 hours of classes per week. For some departments with Turkish as the instructional language, an optional preparatory program is also offered within the available quota. The optional preparatory program can also be provided online, depending on the quota and classroom facilities.
