On September 15, 2022, an Orientation Meeting was held with the participation of the academic staff who recently joined the School of Foreign Languages (YDYO) and the Preparatory Unit, under the leadership of YDYO Director Prof. Dr. Aysun YAVUZ. The meeting also included the Deputy Director, Instructor R. Coşkun GÜREL, the Head of the Foreign Languages Department, Anıl CEYLAN, and the newly added academic staff members.

During this session, orientation training was provided specifically for the newcomers at our institution. Instructor Leyla Altaş, who recently started her position at our school, as well as Instructor Dr. C. Akın ŞAHİN, Instructor Sibel KILINÇ, and Instructor Nurtekin CURA, who joined the Preparatory Education Unit, received orientation training.

Instructor R. Coşkun GÜREL, the Deputy Director of YDYO, provided detailed information to the newly incorporated academic personnel about the academic and administrative structure of YDYO, its units, the courses offered, and the implementation of exams. The orientation session concluded with an interactive Q&A session to address any queries from the newly joined staff.
